You may share individual recipe pages with friends, but you may not copy substantial portions of the content for republication without prior written permission.
4. User content
When you submit feedback, suggestions or messages through the app, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, store and reference that content to operate and improve CookMax. Do not submit anything that is unlawful, abusive, infringing or confidential.
5. No guarantee of results
Recipes, cooking times, nutrition values and ingredient suggestions are provided for general information only. Actual results depend on your ingredients, equipment and skill. CookMax is not a substitute for professional medical, dietary or allergy advice. Always check ingredient labels and consult a qualified professional for health-related decisions.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CookMax and its team are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, profits or goodwill arising from your use of the app. The app is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind.
7. Changes to the app
We may update, change or discontinue features at any time. Recipes may be added, edited or removed. We may also revise these Terms; the “Last updated” date will reflect the latest version. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
8. Links to third parties
CookMax may contain links to third-party websites, products or services. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy or practices of those sites. Visiting them is at your own risk.
9. Affiliate relationships
CookMax participates in the Amazon and Flipkart affiliate programmes (and may join others). When you click an affiliate link and make a purchase, we may earn a small commission at no extra cost to you. This helps keep CookMax free. We only link to products we genuinely think are useful.
10. Advertising
The app may display advertisements via networks such as Google AdSense and Ezoic. We do not endorse advertisers or their products and are not responsible for transactions you make with them.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or misuse the app. You may stop using CookMax at any time.
12. Governing law & jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
